Return & Exchanges Policy

What is returnable?

We only accept returns of non-personalized items within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item must be: unused, unwashed and WITH tags.

What is not returnable?

Clearance items are not returnable at the moment.
Customized/monogrammed items.

A restocking fee of up to 20% can be charged for certain items

How soon will my refund be processed?

Please allow up to 10 business day since the day we receive the item back to see it reflected on your bank account.

Damaged/Defective Items

Damaged items must be reported to us to itssocuteonline@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to exchange items. Please place a new order on the website for a different size, color or product. Thank you!

How to cancel order/change shipping address?

We are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted.  If you need to cancel an order, please email us at itssocuteonline@outlook.com as soon as possible. Please understand that we process our order really fast so sometimes we are unable to make changes/cancel.
